Julie Riley, AA flight attendant, recently escorted Maya from

Santo Domingo to Grand Rapids.

Maya has a prosthetic leg and had to have it refitted. The trip was not the usual trip, thanks to tropical storm Hanna. Julie left Miami for Santo Domingo but they couldn't land because of wind shears and had to land in Santiago. They deplaned all the passengers then returned to Miami.
