Danell Lynn, designer for dl-couture,
selects fabrics with compassion for upcoming Airline Ambassadors Compassion Ball
Danell Lynn is the designer for
dl-couture,
a clothing line with compassion.
She is working with Airline
Ambassadors International on the Global Compassion Ball scheduled for
October 16.
She is making haute couture
gowns for the event that will be auctioned to help secure funding for the
development of projects and further missions of AAI.
The gowns are themed
around virtues that relate to humanitarian aid and will be worn by:
Diane
Tucker, Mrs. World 2008;
Kirsten Haglund, Miss America 2008, and others to
come.

She recently traveled to China to
secure fabrics for these special garments.
Upon arrival she headed to the Dongjidu Lu fabric market in hopes of
finding the perfect textures.
She was able to find beautiful 100% silk
fabrics, embroidered silk, silk taffeta,
Thai silks and silk crepes.
The fabrics are back in the
United States now and dl-couture has begun production on the Global Compassion
Ball Gowns.
Dl-couture is a custom clothing
line that believes looking beautiful can also be meaningful. They donate a portion of all our clothing
and custom gown sales to aid those in need. “We are honored to be working with
AAI and look forward to many great years together.”
