"Tribute to Frank Richmond"
(June 26, 1948 –
January 9, 2009)
We are sad to share the passing of one of Airline Ambassadors' first inspirations. Franko Richmond was an internationally recognized Steinway Pianist - a creative, and compassionate musician, who touched thousand of lives with his extraordinary gift of music as a master pianist, composer, teacher and performer (www.FrankoRichmond.com). His environmental theme song, The Time Has Come, received world-wide television coverage to 50 countries and and echoes the mood of our country after one of the most celebrated inaugurations in history.
In his honor Airline Ambassadors has established a fund to support music programs at our adopted projects around the world. The fund will be directed by his beloved wife Gail Lima.

Dr. Kathryn Elizabeth Campbell Susott MD, and son, Daniel Susott, MD, MPH, with Judge Tomar Mason, a special friend for 38 years and a founding board member of the World Family Foundation.
Kathryn Elizabeth Campbell Susott, born 16 May 1919 in Boonville, Indiana,
was a brilliant student who went to medical school at an early age,
the only woman in her class.
She graduated in 1942 and married Captain John Susott, an Air Force pilot. She worked as a pediatrician wherever he was stationed, from California to Japan to Baghdad to Texas to Virginia to Hawaii, and raised 2 sons.
Her wish for her legacy was to help more girls get educated
and become doctors.
World Family Foundation's Mission:
"to provide medical and educational opportunities for children, and to help every child to be part of a loving stable family."

Cameroon, Africa -- Kumba Nursery / Primary School
Every weekend, the El Hornerito Children’s Soup Kitchen provides a hot meal and a measure of comfort to 130 children living in this impoverished and
underserved area just outside Buenos Aires. For these young children, the sustenance supplied at El Hornerito is their only meal of the day.
Staffed entirely by community volunteers and one unpaid caretaker, the soup kitchen has stayed afloat on a shoestring budget mostly provided by individual donors.
With the economic downturn, donations have dwindled and the soup kitchen is
desperately struggling to buy food for the children and to pay utility
bills.
Please donate whatever you can to make sure the children don’t go to bed
hungry. Your tax-deductible contribution of even $5.00 will make a huge
impact in the lives of the children.
