Champions for Children Travel to Honduras

UNICEF Site Visit to Honduras

 Via our "Champions for Children" program at American Airlines, flight attendants volunteer, while on the job, to collect donations for UNICEF.  A team of Champions traveled to  Honduras to film a new in-flight video in February.   The group of volunteers visited projects that they helped to fund.  It was inspiring and rewarding. 

Here are some of the highlights of a phenomenal trip.

Airline Ambassador Champion Team Visits Honduras. Experienced poverty.	Delivered supplies to an orphanage for AAI. Honduras -- Champions, with the children!
Made Friends.	Played with school children.
Tooth brushing class.	Visited the sports program - Soccer for Life.
Champions worked with school children.	Met student leaders.
Thank you to American Airlines. Traversed mountains to see a water project.	Their faces will remain in our hearts. Visited an amazing art program for former gang members.
Visited Local Markets.	We won't forget our new friends.
Honduras.	The Beauty of Honduras.
The joy and laughter.	New skills for the children...
