Our ship, the Liberty of the Seas, departs Miami on November 14, 2010 on this 7-night cruise.
Over the course of our trip, the ship will dock in Philipsburg, St Maarten, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Labadee, Haiti. On our first two days at sea, our group will help make presents and cards and assemble packages for children in Haiti and Puerto Rico. In San Juan, group members will have the opportunity to participate in a special event for disadvantaged children, delivering supplies, gifts and holiday cheer. In Labadee, Haiti participants will join For Haiti with Love, a fellow NGO, in bringing food and medical goods for those in need as well as Christmas gifts for orphaned children affected by the earthquake. In addition, our group will also enjoy a festive barbecue
on the beach. Royal Caribbean has offered to transport pallets of aid to Haiti, which volunteers will help send off from the Labadee site. This is sure to be one of the most unique and memorable ways to truly give back

The Itinerary At-A-Glance
November 14: Depart Miami on Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas for our 7-night cruise to bring holiday cheer and much needed donations to Haiti. The ship has many amenities, including a FlowRider surfing park, ice skating rink, whirlpools, a waterpark, inviting restaurants, and more.
November 15-16: Days at Sea. Our leisurely days at sea provide the opportunity to relax and get to know each other. We'll put together holiday cards and gift packs for the children we'll be visiting. In addition, you’ll learn about our work in Haiti, take a coordinator training and get briefed on AAI's work in Haiti. We will also catch some nightlife!
November 17: St Maarten. We will port at this exotic Caribbean island with beautiful beaches, and visit a small orphanage with gifts for the children. Enjoy duty-free shopping, fabulous restaurants, exciting watersports, and cool opportunities for island hopping.
November 18: San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our time in port is short in length – but the work our group will do here is huge in heart. We’ll be helping to deliver donations, cards and holiday cheer to 300 children in Puerto Rico at Casa Cuna Orphanage. Our pre Christmas celebration will get you in the holiday spirit.
November 19: Labadee, Haiti. Today we’ll off load 5 pallets of donations, cards, gifts, foods, school supplies and holiday cheer to many children and families impacted by Haiti’s devastating earthquake to For Haiti with Love - an orhanage, burn unit and food program on the North Coast. At our beach barbeque, we will learn more about the state of Haiti today, and how our work has made an impact.
November 20: Day at SeaFree day! Check out the ship’s daily bulletin and choose from a wide variety of exciting activities – or lounge around by the pool. Our group will meet for a farewell event and debrief on our accomplishments, then it’s on to dinner, live shows, and evening entertainment.
November 21: Back in Miami. Our program ends today as we arrive back in Miami. You'll leave with new friends and fond memories of the many ways you’ve helped others and brought holiday happiness to those in need.

Rates for this 7-night cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas include:
