Trips listed on this page fall into two categories: Airline Ambassador Missions, and AAI Member-led trips.

AAI Sponsored Trips are highlighted in yellow, and have been reviewed to meet our high standards of voluntourism. AAI Sponsored Trips have an established land price, which includes most costs during the mission. Please click the "» See Details ..." link to find out more about each trip.

AAI Member-led trips are coordinated by select AAI members who have expertise in leading trips and want to give others the opportunitiy to share the fun and rewards of traveling to make a difference. An active membership in AAI is required to register for an AAI member-led trip.

Our goals for the Kenya Missions:  Empowering local communities and making lasting changes toward self-reliance and independence; and preserving the environment and the resources of this country that is teaming with flora and fauna seen nowhere else on earth. 

Join Airline Ambassadors as we partner with Zoartours to bring future hope and self-sufficiency to communities in Kenya.  Your itinerary begins with participation in the Green Belt Movement projects:  tree planting, food security, civil education and advocacy, and income generation activities. 

You will continue your mission with Basecamp Foundation projects:  conservation and protection, climate change and energy, culture and creativity, learning, sharing, leadership and health and well-being.

Lend your hand, heart, and determination to make a lasting change.

Join us as we travel to Buenos Aires, Argentina on a humanitarian and cultural vacation!  We will visit different projects each day including a children’s soup kitchen, a children’s cancer treatment clinic, a home for the disabled and a children’s day center.  During each visit, you will be moved and touched by those you visit and you will participate in the distribution of humanitarian aid that we will be transporting and hand-delivering to those in need. The aid includes wheelchairs, medical supplies, hygiene items, school supplies, toys, and food. 

This package is limited to 12 participants and will be operated by Taste of Reality Tours, Inc. This particular Airline Ambassadors mission has been coordinated by Rachel Martinez on nearly 20 occasions.

Join AAI Volunteers led by a mission coordinator with 24 years experience working in Central America.   Knowledge of the Spanish language is not required.  You will be exposed to the Mayan Culture by interacting directing with the Mayan people living in both urban and rural areas. You will also visit at least one orphanage.  Time will be allowed for volunteers to shop for original Mayan jewelry, clothing, antiques, art, and pottery at the lowest prices to be found anywhere in Central America.  AAI members only please.

Join Reverend Sone Charles in Cameroon, West Africa!  This trip will break ground for the dreams of projects to come.  You will have the opportunity to meet and play with orphaned children in Cameroon, visit with abandonned children in child care programs and schools and help with donations and building a future for these needy kids.   This trip will touch your heart and change your life!    Reverend Sone Charles invites you to join him as he begins his plans to establish a school, vocational center, and a clinic  -- and as he helps these children now!

Airline Ambassadors and

SerengetiExpeditions invite you to join us on a trip to East Africa!

You will begin your trip by visiting Sluys Anderson Primary School.
Located in a beautiful crater like setting between mount Meru and Mt. Kilimanjaro, Sakila is a serene place, which is bordered by a natural forest. While there you will visit with the school children. You will deliver school supplies and aid and spend a few hours playing and teaching kids' games. You'll also enjoy planting a sustainable garden for the school from which the children get their vegetables for lunch. 

You will continue your trip and visit orphanned chidren and on-going projects and you will look forward to an all day safari at the bottom of the Ngorongoro Crater with a boxed lunch.  You will even visit Serengeti National Park and have the option of a Balloon Safari! 

Join us in helping the emotional stability of the orphanned and needy children in Tanzania.  Join us in delivering aid and joy...and join us and enjoy the beauty of the country, too!
