MYNAMAR - Disaster Relief - AAI is there...Join us!

AAI member - LeiLei Thein, left for Mynamar (May 9) and will lead our disaster assessment team in her native country. 

      LeiLei is working with colleagues from Shelterbox  to hand deliver 1000+ boxes in the next week, and prepare the way for our Airline Ambassador human-itarian response.   

   Dr. Daniel Sussot will follow LeiLei leading the AAI medical team. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED IN DFW AREA (Texas)

To help support 10 year old burn victim, Nathaniel Ortiz who is in Texas for for treatment at Shiners.  We are looking for volunteers that could spend time with Nata on Saturdays, take him to a movie, the lake, miniature golfing, a sporting event...just hang out.  He is staying at the home of one of our most popular mission coordinators, Cameron Gray, which is also head-quarters for Orphans of the World..  Cameron cannot always be there on the weekends, and we need volunteers to help make memories for this charming little guy. William DiseWilliam Dise's team of 20 who delivered $70,000 of aid to Honduras from LDS Charities, CROCS and Fresh Produce and painted an orphanage to boot! 

 

Kirstin Perkins who led a team rebuilding a house in St. Bernard's parish for victims of Hurricane Katrina. More missions to help here coming up - watch our website . 

Nancy Hummel who single-handedly delivered 1500 lbs of food to starving orphans in Haiti. Thanks to Tree of Life Foundation, Collier Harvest and American Airlines.

Patria Mogilnicki and Bob Millonig who installed a sewer system, bath house/laundry facility for the village of Montejato and Initiated a Peru School Sponsorship Program for 50 needy children in the Canete area.

AAI members generosity made our February and April Campaigns a success: 

We are funding a roadside shop for the Mayan women of San Ysidro, and provide an electrical system for Caritas Felices Orphanage in Peru.
